Ijeoma holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Nexford University, a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Labour, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan. She is also a Customer Experience Professional, committed to building exceptional service standards.
Her career journey spans telecommunications, premium fashion retail, garment manufacturing, and laundry services—industries where she has consistently delivered revenue growth, improved customer satisfaction, and turned underperforming portfolios into profit centres. She has led large teams of over 100 employees, managed high-value inventories, and overseen multimillion-dollar sales targets.
Renowned for her strategic vision and hands-on leadership style, Ijeoma excels in corporate account management, strategic sales operations, and customer experience optimization. Her expertise covers B2B, B2C, and B2G markets, with a deep focus on people, performance, productivity, and profit.
